We are excited to announce the appointment of Gak San Ng as CHS’ Managing Director overseeing South East Asia region.
Gak San is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, comprising with an impressive blend of 22 years in the private sector and 8 years in the public sector. With a proven track record of excellence, Gak San has consistently demonstrated an innate ability to navigate diverse sectors and deliver exceptional results.
Gak San’s journey began in the early 2000s, where he cultivated expertise in IT services marketing and Alliance relationships management within the IT sector. Transitioning to the heavy equipment industry from 2005, Gak San thrived in business development, sales, and service support, with a decade dedicated to advanced container handling equipment and port automation, along with a strong commitment to after-sales services.
From 2019 to 2022, Gak San showcased his adaptability and innovation by leading the deployment of software solutions across complex organizations. In addition, he drove business development efforts on off-road transportation equipment and autonomous driving solutions. Gak San’s strategic acumen and forward-thinking approach underscored his reputation as a transformative leader.
With an extensive cross-sector background and a consistent dedication to excellence, CHS is excited to have Gak San on-board to expand the APAC market and continue to be a driving force in shaping innovative solutions.
